Product Update

Production: June 25, 2024​

This Product Update provides a summary of changes and enhancements to the existing application that impact all customers. When applicable, it includes changes to functionality that were made to resolve customer-specific issues and that apply to all Tenovos users.

Unless otherwise stated, the availability of each update is as follows:

  • UAT: June 21, 2024
  • Production: June 25, 2024
  • Availability: All customers

Webhook Progress and Updates​

Significant progress was made around delivery and payload structure of the following events:

  • Asset Created
  • Asset Deleted
  • User Created
  • Rights Management Project Created
  • Rights Management Project Deleted
  • Rights Management Agreement Created
  • Rights Management Agreement Deleted
  • Rights Management Entity Created
  • Rights Management Entity Deleted
  • Story Board Created

API Updates​

The Tenovos API documentation for version 1 and version 1.5 reflects the deprecation of the /auth/impersonate endpoint. Impersonating a Tenovos user via the API will not be supported in version 1.5 of the API (currently not released in Production).

Impersonation of a user from within the Tenovos Administration User Interface (UI) as well as API v1 is and will continue to be fully supported as part of the administrative use cases for validating/troubleshooting end user specific experiences within the Tenovos UI.

Other Enhancements and Quality Improvements​

Stability and performance improvements were made around system and technical metadata indexing.
